GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Package rate will be applicable for above mentioned persons
- Package booking, food will be served only as per hotel/ resort rules.
- Check in & check out Time, room Allotment as per hotel distraction.
- Package tour maximum Liability of the company is to Voucher/ticket/receipt value only
- Booking to be confirmed prior I writing along with 50% advance and balance to paid at before 15 days departures on the day of tour in cash only. No Cheque payment will be accepted on the day of departure.
- Pets, Eatables and Drinks are not allowed in the vehicle or subject to the resort/ hotel rules.
- Do Not Use attractions with your Valuables, keys, mobiles, and Glasses for hotel/resort/vehicle.
- Travels/ Hotel Management will not be responsible for any accident/Mishap/loss/Damage to the personal belongings.
- In the event of natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances, the company has discretionary powers to modify the route or cancel the tour.
- The Company reserves the right to alter, amend, postpone or cancel any of the tours advertised in the brochure, without assigning any reason. In that case, money paid by the tour participant will be fully refunded but no compensation claim will be entertained.
- Smoking and drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited during the bus journey /in the dining halls.
- Report at boarding 15 minutes before departure time.
- Passenger tax, any other visiting charges, levied by local authority to be borne by individually.
- The Entire passenger is bound to obey the rules & regulation prescribed by the company.
- The company is not responsible for any loss or damage of passenger luggage.
- Passenger is request to reconfirm you return journey 24 hours in advance on telephonic / in person to respective office as address/ phone no. given.
- Cancellation only at main office Mumbai Central between 10.00 Am to 6.00 Pm. Cancellation charges as applicable.

Legitimate refund of money due to the tour participant will be made only after completion of the tour booked.
During peak season of Any destination / tour cancellation as per hotel policy with minimum of 50% & above or Nil.
- As a Travel House / Tour Operators, the company does not have any control over Airlines, Railways, Coach Companies, shipping companies, Hotels, Local Transport or any other facilities, provided by the third parties. The company is not responsible for the delays or deficiencies in the services provided by outside agencies. Also please note that the company does not have any control on schedules of opening and closing timings of the tourist attractions.
- There will be separate rules and regulations for different schemes announced by the company from time to time. These will be supplement to main terms and conditions and will be informed to passengers at the time of booking under those schemes.
- In case of accident company is not responsible for any claim. Claim to be made through insurance co.
- During the course of travel, in case of failure of Bus or due to any other reason if there is any delay the company is not responsible.
- Cheques /Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of “Crystal Tours And Travels”payable at Mumbai .
